崗位職責(zé)
負(fù)責(zé)班組的日常安全生產(chǎn)管理工作
負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)工藝的監(jiān)控和參數(shù)調(diào)整，負(fù)責(zé)班組日常操作過程中的操作紀(jì)律保證工作
協(xié)調(diào)資源處理班組內(nèi)有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)的事項(xiàng)
及時(shí)匯報(bào)非正常的工藝狀態(tài)，鼓勵(lì)進(jìn)行異常原因的分析調(diào)查
協(xié)助操作管理文檔系統(tǒng)使之不斷優(yōu)化
其他被安排的與操作相關(guān)的活動(dòng)
工作需求：
全日制大專學(xué)歷，化工相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
