PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
崗位主要職責

1.	The lead operator assists the Production Manager/ Facility Manager, and in his absence to manage the plant routine operation. ensure compliance with process safety, MOC, and OPHR requirements. 
班長協助生產經理/裝置經理，并在其不在時管理工廠日常運行；確保遵循工藝安全、MOC和OPHR的要求；
2.	The lead operator works closely with other operators and engineers. Responsible for the daily operation including process control, pipeline delivery systems, product quality assurance, trailer filling, routine field/equipment inspection etc. 
班長與其他操作員以及工程師密切合作，負責日常運行，包括工藝控制，管道輸送系統，產品質量保證，槽車充裝，現場/設備日常檢查等。
3.	The lead operator ensures the LASU safety and efficiently. Involve plant preventive maintenance. Holding safety meetings, performing safety audits (including APSAM, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and report shift production progress and status. report near miss / incident occurred within shift.
班長確?？辗盅b置安全高效，包含工廠預防性維修，召開安全會議，進行安全審核（包括APSAM，BSP，5M，安全行動培訓等），以及報告當班生產進展和狀態(tài)，報告當班的未遂事件和發(fā)生的意外事件.。
4.	Quick response to quality and process alerting. active on upset handling to minimizes the impact on quality (no shortage on quality). active and initiative on finding potential quality problem, analysis problem and get the solutions. actively involved in process / productivity improvement (CI project)
對質量和過程報警信號做出快速反應，積極處理意外事故以盡量減少對質量產生影響（無任何質量缺陷），積極主動地尋找潛在的質量問題，分析問題并找出解決方案。積極參與過程/生產率的改進活動（CI項目）。
5.	The lead operator keeps good communication with customer to insure closely cooperation. 
班長保持與客戶良好溝通，確保緊密合作。
6.	Improve English level constantly, being able to read the safety manual and operation manual.
不斷提高英語水平，能閱讀安全手冊和操作手冊；
7.	Facilitate the interaction with customer, authorities and other departments. On shift emergency evacuation sponsor, crisis coordinator within shift.
促進與客戶、主管部門和其他部門溝通；作為班組中的危機協調員和緊急疏散組織者；
8.	Responsible for the spare parts management. 
負責備件管理；
9.	Keep in contact with suppliers, engineers, project and maintenance contractors; conduct / take part in troubleshooting root cause analysis with related people when it needs.
保持與供應商，工程師，項目和維修承包商聯系；需要時與相關人員一同進行/參與故障排除根本原因分析；
10.	Conduct cross training with colleagues. Can take all of Level1 required skills, training and lead the way other operators; 
與同事進行交叉培訓，能掌握所有Level 1要求的技能，培訓并帶領其他操作員。
11.	Abide by AP policies and regulations, follow EH&S procedure/ standard. Safety work permit sign-off and management within shift.
遵守公司政策和規(guī)章制度，遵循EH&S規(guī)程和標準，班組內安全許可證的簽署和管理。
12.	Any other duties as assigned and carry out tasks and requests from reporting managers in a timely and efficient manner.
按照經理的要求及時、有效地完成分配的其他工作和任務。


JOB REQUIREMENTS
任職資格

?	At least diploma and/or above in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation or instrumentation and related specialty.
?	化工、機械、電氣、工業(yè)自動化或儀表等化工類相關專業(yè)大專及以上學歷。
?	At least 3 years working experience with a manufacturing company；
?	3年以上制造企業(yè)工作經驗；
?	Have good safety, health and environmental knowledge and understand site safety management； 
?	具備良好的安全健康環(huán)保知識，了解現場安全管理；
?	ASU experience and English ability would be preferable.
?	具有空分工作經驗和英語能力者優(yōu)先；
?	Energetic, honest, and hard working.
?	積極，誠實，工作努力；
?	Be enthusiastic and aggressive to learn.
?	具有學習的熱情和進取心；
?	Suitable for shift work;
