主要職責(zé)：

Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Facility ops such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire zero injuries. 
在各裝置操作維護(hù)中推進(jìn)和服從空氣化工全部環(huán)保、健康、安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，進(jìn)行持續(xù)改進(jìn)以達(dá)到或優(yōu)于管理目標(biāo)。終極目標(biāo)是“零傷害”。

Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard. To ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees. 
實(shí)施現(xiàn)場(chǎng)按時(shí)巡檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)和消除可能的安全危害。確保裝置各單元安全、高效運(yùn)行，服從和滿足合同要求，不斷提高裝置在線運(yùn)行率。

Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements. 
必須遵守工藝安全、變更管理及運(yùn)行裝置危險(xiǎn)性分析提出的有關(guān)安全要求。

Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the Gasification Unit.
對(duì)氣化裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作進(jìn)行持續(xù)改進(jìn)，并分享氣化裝置運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Train new operating staff for the  Shift Ops Team. 
對(duì)本班新的裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行人員進(jìn)行崗位培訓(xùn)。

The Field Operator must check and patrol routinely the units stable running and follow the Deputy Lead Operator and Lead Operator’s order to deal with the field operation upset to meet the plant running reliability requirement. 
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)外操必須做好日常巡查，遵照副操和主操的指示和要求，對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作故障進(jìn)行處理和檢查確認(rèn)，使氣化單元穩(wěn)定可靠運(yùn)行。

The Field Operator can handle the emergency matters in all Units led and coordinated by  Lead Operator according to the Emergency Program and follow the Deputy Lead Operator’s Order to recovery the Unit which tripped or Emergency shutdown. 
現(xiàn)場(chǎng)外操應(yīng)能在主操的帶領(lǐng)下，根據(jù)預(yù)想事故處理方案對(duì)裝置各單元作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)緊急處理，并在副操的指令下協(xié)助恢復(fù)已跳車或停車單元的運(yùn)行。

Follow designed analytic requirements (analytic items and frequency) and/or Lead operator’s detailed requests to execute site sampling tasks according to standard safely Sampling Program. Execute safety check for sampling valves after sampling. Responsible for maintenance and safety check of Sampling Facilities & Tools. Strictly prohibit to use unsafe Sampling Facilities & Tools. 
嚴(yán)格按照分析頻次或主操的要求、取樣流程進(jìn)行取樣操作，并進(jìn)行取樣后現(xiàn)場(chǎng)閥門檢查確認(rèn)工作。負(fù)責(zé)所用分析取樣器具的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、使用前安全檢查工作，嚴(yán)禁使用不安全取樣器具.

Knew well of SDS of analytic materials in Gasification Facility Scope, such as Hydrogen, Nitrogen, CO, CO2 H2S, Methanol, Propylene, etc. 
掌握所轄工作范圍內(nèi)取樣介質(zhì)的SDS，如：氫氣、氮?dú)狻⒁谎趸?、二氧化碳、硫化氫、粉煤、灰水等?br />
Record daily/monthly Production report. 
做好日常日?qǐng)?bào)表、月報(bào)表的抄寫工作。

Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Also work closely with maintenance team to assist Maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.  
與用戶保持良好溝通和緊密合作，協(xié)助維護(hù)維修人員做好預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)工作。

Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP ,BSP, SWP,CI ,safety action training and so on) and write safety reports. 
參加有關(guān)安全會(huì)議，履行日常安全檢查工作（如：現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全執(zhí)行評(píng)估系統(tǒng)SAM、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全持續(xù)改進(jìn)計(jì)劃SIP、基本安全管理程序 BSP、安全工作許可證Safety work permit、持續(xù)改進(jìn)管理系統(tǒng)CI、安全實(shí)踐培訓(xùn)等）
