主要崗位職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)所有壓縮機、汽輪機、鼓風(fēng)機、膨脹機、泵、壓力容器、儲罐、溢流閥、交換器、管道、火炬檢測、生命保障系統(tǒng)、關(guān)鍵安全系統(tǒng)等機械系統(tǒng)的維修。
2. 支持檢查計劃,規(guī)范設(shè)計,法規(guī)遵從,質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)備維修和服務(wù)適應(yīng)性。
3. 在PSM和MIQA手冊的指導(dǎo)下,協(xié)助制定檢驗計劃和維修程序。
4. 將公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及“公認(rèn)和普遍接受的良好工程實踐”(如ASME和GB規(guī)范和API文檔)解釋到現(xiàn)場。
5. 執(zhí)行設(shè)備設(shè)計、檢驗、服務(wù)適用性評估和機械完整性系統(tǒng)失效分析,制定和更新公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
6. 實施和管理工程要求,以滿足設(shè)備選擇,維護和可靠性計劃。
7. 在工廠停機/正常運行期間檢查壓力系統(tǒng)(包括壓力容器,熱交換器,燃燒加熱器,轉(zhuǎn)化爐,儲罐,爐,管道),并評估建議維修的結(jié)果,為開發(fā)和維護壓力系統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),程序,***實踐,檢查合同和承包商服務(wù)提供意見。
8. 在故障排除和所有相關(guān)的維護工作或支持工作中提供實際的技術(shù)技能。
9. 執(zhí)行預(yù)防性維護工作并支持MI工作的實施,如SAP PM01-03任務(wù),故障排除,維修所有負(fù)責(zé)的設(shè)備。
10. 協(xié)調(diào)或協(xié)助監(jiān)督承包商在工廠或車間的工作,以確保安全、質(zhì)量和可靠性。
11. 通過改進(jìn)工作流程和設(shè)備性能,不斷提高生產(chǎn)力和成本節(jié)約。啟動和實施CI(持續(xù)改進(jìn))節(jié)約項目。
12. 報告-每周錄入時間,準(zhǔn)備書面或通過資源管理系統(tǒng)錄入的技術(shù)報告,以保持工廠文件的準(zhǔn)確性,并為組織內(nèi)其他人員有效履行職責(zé)提供信息。
13. 提供機械系統(tǒng)診斷服務(wù),使用振動診斷工具和故障分析技術(shù)解決機械故障。這包括發(fā)布故障分析報告和提高可靠性的成本效益建議。
14. 制定機械設(shè)備大修作業(yè)包。
15. 啟動和實施可靠性和/或效率改進(jìn)計劃和操作機械的***實踐,并專注于CONC。

工作要求:

2. 學(xué)歷:機械或機械工程專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷。
3. 工作經(jīng)驗:機械/機械工程師職位的最低要求是在壓縮機,汽輪機,鼓風(fēng)機,膨脹機,壓力容器,儲罐,管道和焊接技術(shù)方面有5年以上的經(jīng)驗。有大型機械檢修和管道應(yīng)力分析經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
4. 必須有實際工作經(jīng)驗。
5. 具有重大停工支持,項目工作,工廠運營和維護工作經(jīng)驗。
6. 熟悉供應(yīng)商合同,熟悉區(qū)域內(nèi)的店鋪支持。
7. 能夠獨立工作和團隊合作。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Responsible for the maintenance of all compressors, steam turbine, blower, expander, pump,pressure vessels, tanks, relief valves, exchangers, pipeline, flare detections, life support system, critical safety system and other mechanical system.
2. Support in inspection planning, code design, regulatory compliance, quality control standard, equipment repair, and fitness for service.
3. Support to develop Inspection Planning and Repair Procedure under the guidance from PSM and MIQA manuals.
4. Interpretation of corporate standards as well as “recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices” such as ASME and GB Codes and API Documents to sites.
5. Performing equipment design, inspection, fitness for service evaluations and failure analysis for mechanical integrity system Development and updating of corporate standards.
6. Implement and manage engineering requirements to satisfy equipments selection, maintenance and reliability initiatives.
7. Inspect Pressure Systems (including Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Fired Heaters, Reformers, Storage Tanks, furnace, Piping) during plant outages / normal operation and evaluate results for recommend repair, Input for development and maintenance of Pressure System standards, procedures, best practices, inspection contracts and contractor service.
8. Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible.
9. Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement MI work, such as SAP PM01-03 tasks, troubleshooting, repair for all responsibly equipments.
10. Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.
11. Continually to drive productivity and cost savings and enhancement through improved work process and equipment performance. Initiate and Implement CI (continuous improvement) savings projects.
12. Reporting-Time entry weekly and prepare technical reports either written or through entries into the resource management system to maintain accurate documentations on the plants, and to provide information for others in the organization to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
13. Provide mechanical system diagnostics services in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues using vibration diagnostics tools and failure analysis techniques. This includes issuing failure analysis reports and cost-effective recommendations for reliability improvements.
14. Develop mechanical equipment job-packs for major overhauls and repair.
15. Initiate and implement reliability and/or efficiency improvement initiatives and best practices on operating machinery and focus on CONC.
16. Provide installation and commission support for large machinery, e.g. compressors, expander, turbines, etc.
17. Participate in the planning and execution of minor and major shutdowns. Provide technical and hands on support as required during shutdowns.
18. Spare parts inventory review and parts purchasing support technically, effort in plant reliability improvement.
19. Keep abreast of and evaluate new methodologies, work practices, for application and use within the plant.
20. Assist in the development, implementation, and periodic review of preventative/predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned shutdowns and improve overall plant on stream capability.
21. Business travel within region is required based on the actual need.
