PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 工作職責(zé)
1.	Provide essential training to operators and engineers before SAP PM system is online and ensure the engineers to have the related skills.在SAP工廠維修模塊上線之前，對(duì)工廠人員及維修工程師提供必要的培訓(xùn)，確認(rèn)相關(guān)人員具備相應(yīng)的技能；
2.	Ensure SAP PM module working smoothly and could handle exceptional conditions.確保SAP維修模塊的順利運(yùn)行，并能對(duì)異常情況進(jìn)行處理；
3.	Create PM01 maintenance work order once receiving the notification from operation team and set up maintenance purchasing request according under related work order and get approval from management team. 收到操作人員發(fā)出的日常維修通知單后,需立即創(chuàng)建PM01維修工單,并根據(jù)報(bào)價(jià)單在相應(yīng)的工單下創(chuàng)建相應(yīng)的采購(gòu)單,并獲得相應(yīng)管理人員的審批；
4.	Perform MIGO in time for related PO and close work order once the maintenance work is done.當(dāng)維修工作完成后，及時(shí)在系統(tǒng)里關(guān)閉工單，及對(duì)相應(yīng)的訂單做收貨；
5.	Input technical data into PM01 work order based on maintenance engineers’ feedback, including the problem of equipment, cause of failure, date of starting and closing. 根據(jù)維修工程師反饋的信息輸入維修工單，包括設(shè)備故障類型，損壞部分及損壞的原因，開(kāi)始和結(jié)束日期等。
6.	Report monthly/quarterly/yearly maintenance cost based on SAP actual data and assist maintenance manager to adjust the forecast monthly basis. 依據(jù)SAP工單數(shù)據(jù)，編制月度/季度/年度的維修費(fèi)用報(bào)告；協(xié)助維修經(jīng)理調(diào)整預(yù)算；
7.	Release PM02 work orders at the beginning of every month and assign the works to related engineers. Also need urge the engineers to complete these prevention maintenance work. Collect the completion status on the 25th of every month and close PM02 orders in system. 每月月初從SAP系統(tǒng)里釋放PM02工單，發(fā)送給維修團(tuán)隊(duì)和其他相關(guān)人員，督促其完成預(yù)防性維修工作；每月25號(hào)左右收集檢修任務(wù)完成情況，請(qǐng)及時(shí)在系統(tǒng)里關(guān)閉；
8.	According to the TAR plan to release PM03 work orders before plant turn around and create purchasing request, reserve spares and close orders based on the engineers’ request. 大修前，根據(jù)工廠檢修計(jì)劃，釋放PM03工單。并根據(jù)工程師的需求創(chuàng)建訂單，預(yù)留備件，關(guān)閉工單；
9.	Release PM06 work orders for EAR project, create purchasing request, reserve spares and close orders.釋放PM06固定資產(chǎn)類的工單，創(chuàng)建訂單，預(yù)留備件，關(guān)閉工單；
10.	Responsible to solve SAP related issues and provide essential training. 負(fù)責(zé)解決SAP相關(guān)問(wèn)題，并提供必要的培訓(xùn)；
11.	Some admin works for gasification maintenance department.
為氣化維修部提供行政后勤服務(wù)工作；
12.	Other relevant works assigned by the department manager. 
部門(mén)經(jīng)理安排的其他相關(guān)工作。

JOB REQUIREMENTS 崗位要求
1.	Bachelor degree and at least two years chemical work experience, SAP experience is preferred. 
本科學(xué)歷，最少有兩年化工工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有SAP經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
2.	Be proficient in using computer, including MS office.
精通電腦知識(shí)，熟練使用 Microsoft Word. Excel, Access Outlook和 PowerPoint；
3.	Must be very well organized and maintain flexibility to readjust changing priority. 
有良好的組織能力,具有靈活性和適應(yīng)能力者優(yōu)先考慮；
4.	Be able to manage multiple projects and be a self-starter.
做事需積極主動(dòng),能管理多個(gè)項(xiàng)目；
5.	Pay strict attention to detail in order to perform tasks in a safe, error-free manner.
6.	注重細(xì)節(jié),可安全無(wú)誤地完成任務(wù)；
7.	Perform tasks effectively in a team environment.

8.	Proficiency in English reading and writing, good oral.
英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)流利，口語(yǔ)良好；
