PRINCIPAL
ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

1.　　
Work
closely with
shift operators and engineers to
take charge of the daily operation of the plantincluding process
adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer
Loading, Routine field /equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant runs safely and
efficiently. 

與值班操作員和工程師密切合作，負責工廠的日常運作，包括工藝調整，管道輸送系統，產品質量控制，拖車裝載，日常現場/設備檢驗等。確保工廠安全高效運行。

2.　　
Lead the shift operators for plant Startup /Emergency Shutdown /
emergency response, Trouble-shooting etc.

領導值班操作員進行工廠啟動/緊急關閉/緊急響應，故障排除等工作。

3.　　
Assist maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.

協助維修工程師實施預防性維修。

4.　　
Assist the production supervisor to manage the safety of contractor or
visitors.

協助生產主管管理承包商或訪客的安全。

5.　　
Holding safety meetings and performing safety audits (including APSAM,
SIP, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and writing safety reports. 

召開安全會議，進行安全審核(包括APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M，安全行動培訓等)，撰寫安全報告。

6.　　
Acting as a safety Permit issuer to issue the Safety permits, manage field safety
/maintenance safety /construction safety etc.

作為安全許可證的簽發者，簽發安全許可證，管理現場安全/維修安全/施工安全等。

7.　　
Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Work
closely with logistics, customers, local operation team, GSSM team, OTS team,
commercial team etc. 

與客戶保持良好的溝通，密切合作。與物流，客戶，本地運營團隊，GSSM團隊，OTS團隊，商務團隊等緊密合作。

8.　　
Lead the new operator training
/ the plant operating procedures etc.

領導新員工培訓/更新工廠操作程序等。

9.　　
Keep &Audit control room and other working
area clean and easier accessibility.

保持控制室和其他工作區域的清潔和易于進入。

10.  This
position holder shall be able to complete the plant start-up or shut down independently.

此職位持有者應能夠獨立完成工廠的啟動或關閉。

11.  Have
certain maintaining ability, timely complete some of the preventive maintenance
task, MI work, troubleshooting and relevant equipment inspection independently,
and then cooperating with engineers to finish major maintenance or TAR.

具有一定的維修能力，能獨立及時完成一些預防性維修任務、MI工作、故障排除及相關設備檢查，并配合工程師完成重大維修或TAR。

12.  Lead
the plant productivity actions, SWIM development and minor project
commissioning activities. 

領導工廠生產力行動，游泳開發和小型項目調試活動。

13. 
Be responsible for document management,  and
control.

負責文件的管理、更新和控制。

14.  Follow
the job arrangement of the company, complete the other tasks assigned by the
Plant Manager.

服從公司的工作安排，完成工廠經理安排的其他工作。

15.  Acting
as the plant management representative during the absence of plant management people.

當工廠管理人員不在時，作為工廠管理人員的代表。

16. 
To exercise the power of shift leader and fulfill
the duty of shift leader issued by company, in terms of safety management.

行使班組長的權力，履行公司下達的班組長在安全管理方面的職責。

 

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

·　　 Degree in Chemical engineering and other
related majors. 

·　　 化學工程及相關專業畢業。

·　　 ASU experience /good safety knowledge
/English ability would be preferable.

·　　 有ASU經驗/良好的安全知識/英語能力優先。
