崗位職責：
Daily Production 日常生產

?	Operates the machines/ equipment following defined production processes/ plans to meet the given schedules.
按既定工藝/計劃操作機器設備達到給定進度表的生產要求。
?	According to the process code, operation manual and work schedule, by the supervisor’s direction, instructions and supervision, operates the DCS safely, accurately and efficiently.
根據(jù)工藝規(guī)范，操作手冊及工作進度表，在班長的指導，說明和監(jiān)督下，安全地，精確地和有效地操作DCS。
?	Observe operation of equipment/ control panels/ error lights/ error message of faulty output and identify any unusual findings and fix the problems.
監(jiān)控設備運行，控制面板（DCS），故障燈，報警信息，判斷異常情況，確定并解決問題。
?	Alert the relevant personnel the unusual findings, deviations, malfunctions, or predictable troubles, e.g. shortages/ obstacles/ needs/ unsafe processes that cannot be solved, including recording the problems according to procedures/ standards. 
警示提醒相關人員（班長和班組成員）在操作中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的異常情況，數(shù)據(jù)偏差，誤操作，可預見的故障，如：不能解決的工作缺陷，工作障礙，工作需求，不安全工藝，包括根據(jù)裝置程序和標準記錄問題的發(fā)生。
?	Monitor the temperature, pressure, flow and reactions of materials and regulate as instructed, Control DCS system in line with process operation manual.
根據(jù)指令，監(jiān)視工藝操作生產中的溫度，壓力，流量和物料的反應和控制調整，通過控制裝置的DCS系統(tǒng), 當班確保按照工藝操作手冊進行裝置的操作。
?	Coordinate with/ report to the relevant personnel to ensure the necessary corrective actions are taken in time. In terms of supervisor’s arrangement, monitor, control and adjust DCS process parameter, trending and alarm. Cooperate with fill operator to handle abnormal situation or problem. When DCS system, facilities or instrument is malfunction, contact and coordinate maintenance personnel. Report to supervisor.
協(xié)調處理/報告給相關人員確保必須的糾正措施能按時執(zhí)行。按照班長的安排和調配、監(jiān)護、控制和調節(jié)DCS的工藝參數(shù)、趨勢和報警。與現(xiàn)場操作員合作處理異常情況和問題；按時跟蹤和記錄工藝狀態(tài)。在處理DCS系統(tǒng)故障，設備和電器儀表裝置的現(xiàn)場故障過程中，緊密地與維修人員協(xié)調和聯(lián)絡，并向班長匯報。
?	Maintain the workplace and working environment that support the work safety and efficient production activities according to plant safety regulations as well as company EHS guidelines.
根據(jù)裝置的安全規(guī)定及公司的EHS方針，保持工作場所和工作環(huán)境以達到安全工作和高效生產活動的要求。
?	Timely share the necessary information for the daily production with co-operators in the Log Sheet, e.g. changes, progress, machine performance. In terms of supervisor’s request, record process condition, data and operation activities accurately. Hand over shift work properly.
及時和同事在交接班記錄本上分享日常生產的相關信息，如：參數(shù)工藝變化，設備性能。按照操作手冊和班長的指揮，在記錄本上記錄工藝條件和數(shù)據(jù)；在記錄本上準確地記錄操作行動。保證好的交班質量。
?	Solve problems of the production process in coordination with other shift operators and shift supervisor. Keep production record d.
與班組成員及班長一起解決生產問題。準時做好生產記錄。
?	Cooperate and communicate with logistic department, utility department, Central Lab technician, maintenance and EHS personnel. In terms of supervisor’s arrangement, as coordinator to receive, record and distribute the information from Site, Utilities, Logistic dept., EHS dept., Maintenance dept (TSS), Plant and all relevant depts. Product loading and RM unloading monitoring, etc.
與物流，公用工程，實驗室，維修及安全等部門聯(lián)系及合作。按照班長的安排和指揮，作為協(xié)調人接收、記錄和分發(fā)來自現(xiàn)場、公用工程、物流部門、EHS部門、維修部門、裝置以及外部相關裝置的信息。產品裝車，原料卸車的監(jiān)控工作。
?	Other tasks from plant. 裝置布置的其他工作。

Safety 安全

?	Ensure the accurate hand-over of records of process, inspection, maintenance and EHS activities of plant to the next shift. Ensure implementing all the EHS related activities in the plant.
確保裝置工藝生產，檢查，維修和EHS活動的記錄準確地移交給下一班。確保完成所有工廠內所有EHS相關的工作內容。
?	According to the standards of EHS and instructions from shift supervisor, performs the supervision duties for any personnel from outside of department and their activities in the plant. 
根據(jù)EHS標準及班長的指令,行使對外來人員在裝置內活動的監(jiān)督職責。

Quality  Control質量控制

?	Closely follow the plant Quality Assurance policies and QA Operating procedures in production monitor timely product quality relevant deviations to meet the required quality of finished products. Understand the Plant safety regulations and the standard of QC and QA. Follow the regulations strictly to ensure Plant safety and production quality.
認真執(zhí)行質保方針和質保程序,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)產品質量的變化,確保產品質量符合要求。懂得裝置安全規(guī)定和QC與QA標準，在操作中嚴格遵守規(guī)定以保證裝置安全和質量。   
   
Housekeeping現(xiàn)場整潔

?	Clean the area around the work station to keep it free from any waste, dirt and obstructions.
及時打掃工作場所,確?，F(xiàn)場沒有廢棄物, 雜物和障礙物。

任職要求：
1、大專或以上學歷，化工工程或相關專業(yè)；
2、具備3~5年化工生產工作經(jīng)驗；
3、3年DCS操作經(jīng)驗。
