崗位職責：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

Main Tasks:  
-	Support the Project/Engineering Manager/Project Engineer regarding piping engineering topics utilizing the Digital Engineering workflow and associated tools. 使用相應的數(shù)字化設計流程及工具，支持項目經(jīng)理、設計經(jīng)理及項目工程師提供管道專業(yè)的相關設計工作。
-	Develop a solid Piping Design scope for all eMOC and Capital Projects, monitor & control piping engineering design towards contractors. Responsible and accountable for all actvities and deliverables associated with Piping. 明確新項目投資及在役工廠改造的管道工作范圍，監(jiān)督及管理項目承包商的管道設計工作。總體負責管道專業(yè)的所有活動及交付成果。
-	Effectively coordinate within the Piping and other disciplines for all aspects of piping scope in Digital Engineering process. 實施數(shù)字化工程流程，有效協(xié)調(diào)管道及其他相關專業(yè)。
-	Responsible for the execution and coordination of activities related to the design, engineering, and procurement of Piping, including flexibility and stress analysis of piping systems, mechanical integrity and specification of piping components. 在項目執(zhí)行過程中，負責管道設計及采購相關事宜，包括管道的柔性及應力分析、機械完整性及管道元件規(guī)范等。
-	Responsible for the 3D Model development, coordination with other disciplines and external contractors (LDI & CC). 負責3D模型開發(fā)，協(xié)調(diào)其他專業(yè)及外部承包商（當?shù)卦O計院及施工單位等）。
-	Responsible for coordinating the development / update of Pipe Service index and supporting material management activities on ZVS CapEx and eMOC. 負責協(xié)調(diào)管道等級表的編制和更新。支持湛江一體化基地投資及改造項目的材料管理工作。
-	Provide technical expertise and support to the Piping engineering team. 給予管道設計團隊專家支持。
-	Establish and keep close contact to the related engineering discipline at BASF regionally and globally e.g. headquarter Germany (good English skills required). 跟區(qū)域及全球相關的設計團隊建立并保持緊密合作（要求英語流利）。
-	Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在與工程合作伙伴、當?shù)卦O計院、供應商及施工單位等執(zhí)行項目過程中充分代表業(yè)主利益。提供技術及合同監(jiān)督和指導。
-	Establish and enhance local know-how in the Piping and be main point of contact for all piping expertise topics. 建立并強化團隊的管道設計能力，成為管道專業(yè)相關專家服務的主要窗口。
-	Check of Vendor Drawings for Mechanical Safety Devices and special piping items. 校驗安全原件和特殊件的供應商圖紙。
-	Supervise/Manage Quality, Cost and Schedule for piping discipline in the Project. 在項目執(zhí)行過程中監(jiān)督/管理管道專業(yè)相關的質(zhì)量、費用及進度等。
-	Support the development and updates of the Digital Engineering and construction process. Lead the Digital Twin topic within ZVS. Work with ODs and other stakeholders to coordinate the laser scanning process and activities as needed. 支持并更新數(shù)字化設計和施工流程。主導湛江一體化基地的數(shù)字化雙胞胎課題。與運營部門和其他利益相關方合作，根據(jù)需要協(xié)調(diào)工廠的激光掃描。
-	Champion the mindset of Continuous Improvement and implementation of improvement measures. 倡導持續(xù)改進并付諸于實際行動。


任職要求：
Requirements:
-	Education教育背景：Bachelor's degree with major study in Process/Mechanical /Chemical engineering 工藝/機械/化工專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)
-	Master's degree will be an advantage研究生學歷優(yōu)選
-	Working Experience工作經(jīng)歷：
-	At least more than 6 years working experiences in Piping area在管道專業(yè)工作至少六年或以上
-	Technical & Professional Knowledge技術及資質(zhì)要求：
-	Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English熟練掌握中英文
-	Good knowledge in Piping, Equipment layout, material and design Codes (GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN etc) 精通管道、設備布置及材料等知識，熟悉相關國內(nèi)及國際標準規(guī)范（GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME, API, DIN/EN，等等）
-	Good in relevant softwares/tools e.g. S3D and other Hexagon tools熟悉相關設計軟件，如S3D, 及其他Hexagon工具等
-	Experienced with special software e.g. SPRD, CAESAR II etc. will be an advantage. 有特殊軟件使用經(jīng)驗（如SPRD, CAESAR II等）可優(yōu)選
-	Holding national Piping engineer or senior Piping engineer certificate as a preference 持有國內(nèi)管道工程師或高級工程師證書者優(yōu)選
