崗位職責(zé)：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect 

?	Responsible for creating and enhancing process system solutions, and coordinating with engineering disciplines during MoC, small to medium capital investment projects in both planning and execution phases. 負(fù)責(zé)創(chuàng)建和優(yōu)化工藝流程解決方案，并在現(xiàn)場技術(shù)改造、小型到中型投資項(xiàng)目的規(guī)劃和執(zhí)行階段協(xié)調(diào)各專業(yè)工作。
?	Develop high quality engineering deliverables and services by implementing BASF’s quality and safety guidelines. 采用巴斯夫質(zhì)量和安全準(zhǔn)則，提交高質(zhì)量的設(shè)計(jì)輸出及服務(wù)。
?	Offer solid support for the continuous improvement of the process competencies (e.g. specifications, best practices, workflow, etc.). 為工藝專業(yè)持續(xù)改進(jìn)提供堅(jiān)實(shí)支持（如規(guī)格書，最佳實(shí)踐，工作流程等）。

Main tasks

?	Lead throughout the project by performing various tasks such as scheduling meetings, communicating with different disciplines and business units, coordinating with vendors and contractors, preparing project documentation for approval following BASF guidelines, and aiding in the development of cost estimates. 負(fù)責(zé)在項(xiàng)目中的工作，如會(huì)議組織、與不同專業(yè)及業(yè)務(wù)部門溝通、與供應(yīng)商和承包商協(xié)調(diào)、按照BASF準(zhǔn)則準(zhǔn)備項(xiàng)目批準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)文檔、支持費(fèi)用估算等。
?	Provide assistance in creating, improving, enhancing, and transferring processes and technologies of related projects. 協(xié)助創(chuàng)建、改進(jìn)、提升和轉(zhuǎn)移相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的工藝流程和技術(shù)。
?	Define process design data (calculate / estimate) for equipment, safety devices and instruments based on functional and process requirements. 根據(jù)功能和工藝要求，確定設(shè)備、安全設(shè)備和儀表的工藝設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)（包括計(jì)算和估算）。
?	Prepare and maintain Block Flow diagrams, Process-Flow-Diagrams & Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PFDs & PIDs). 準(zhǔn)備并維護(hù)塊流程圖、工藝流程圖（PFD）和管道及儀表圖（PID）。
?	Generate and maintain plant and process design documents (e.g. wastes & emissions, utility lists, equipment lists, process data sheets, pipe service index, equipment arrangement drawings, load lists, preliminary 3D model etc.). 生成并維護(hù)工廠和工藝設(shè)計(jì)文件（例如廢物和排放、公用工程清單、設(shè)備清單、工藝數(shù)據(jù)表、管道等級(jí)表、設(shè)備布置圖、負(fù)載清單、初步3D模型等）。
?	Provide functional process / project leadership in completion of conceptual planning, extended conceptual planning and detail engineering including the design change management and consistency checks. 在概念規(guī)劃、擴(kuò)展概念規(guī)劃和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)過程中，提供工藝專業(yè)/項(xiàng)目主導(dǎo)，包括設(shè)計(jì)變更管理和一致性檢查。
?	Minimize the investment cost and/or total cost of ownership by creating "intelligent and feasible" concepts and leveraging synergies with other plants and facilities. 通過創(chuàng)建“智能且可行”的概念，并利用與其他工廠和設(shè)施的協(xié)同作用，使投資成本和/或總成本最小化。
?	Provide expertise and support to the ZVS site in terms of training the TSS and Plant personnel on capital project processes. 給生產(chǎn)基地工程與維修技術(shù)（TSS）及生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供項(xiàng)目實(shí)施程序的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)。
?	Represent the owner interests in the project towards the EPs/Local Design Institute, Vendors, construction companies. Carry out technical and contractual supervision and guidance. 在與工程合作伙伴、當(dāng)?shù)卦O(shè)計(jì)院、供應(yīng)商及施工單位等執(zhí)行項(xiàng)目過程中充分代表業(yè)主利益，提供技術(shù)及合同監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)。

任職要求：
What we expect

?	Education教育背景：　　　　　　    
　　- Bachelor’s degree with major study in Chemical engineering 化工工程專業(yè)本科畢業(yè)
　　- Master’s degree will be an advantage研究生學(xué)歷優(yōu)選
?	Working Experience工作經(jīng)歷：
　　- At least more than 5 years design experience in chemical or petrochemical industry. 在石油化工領(lǐng)域至少5年以上設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)歷
?	Technical & Professional Knowledge技術(shù)及資質(zhì)要求：
　　- Chemical process registered engineer a plus 國家注冊(cè)化工工程師優(yōu)先
　　- Proficient command of spoken and written Chinese and English is an advance 熟練掌握中英文者優(yōu)選
　　- Professional in understanding of local discipline codes & standards 精通國內(nèi)相關(guān)專業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范
　　- Good in relevant software/tools e.g., 2D/3D planning tools, CAD, SPPID and process software精通相關(guān)軟件及工具，如2D/3D規(guī)劃工具、CAD、SPPID及其他工藝軟件
