崗位職責(zé)：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.
 
Objectives of the Position ：
?	During project phase, as an assistant to POM, TM to represent the technical interests of the BASF Integrated Site (Guangdong) Company Limited (BIG) for the implementation of steam cracker project during the project phases in close communication & collaboration with the owner integrated project management team (OIPMT) and Global Infrastructure Technology. 
?	During feed and detailed design phase, as an assistant of owner team to track the project schedule and communicate with DI and EPC contractor.
?	During operation phase, to be a Day Supervisor responsible person of cracker unit to achieve safe, reliable and economic operation in conformity with legal requirement and BASF requirement.

Main Tasks: 
1.	EHS responsibility
?	Abide by EHS policies and procedures.
?	Assure EHSS requirements be fulfilled in steam cracker project through safety reviews, technical documents review and construction monitoring.
?	Develop EHS standards and procedures in technical perspective of Cracker Cluster.

2.	Project phase
?	As Day Supervisor to POM/TM to be a representative of steam cracker, contribute to achieving successful plant startup in conformity with legal requirements and BASF requirements.
?	Execute or participate SHE reviews, model reviews, HAZOP, comment on technical/engineering documents and drawings.
?	Coordinate with the project team to achieve the requirements regarding to cost, schedule, quality and safety. Also, act as the owner of the project to track the project schedule.
?	Monitoring and technically advice in key equipment selection and installation, pre-commissioning and acceptance test/punch.
?	Compile SOPs, checklist etc. to facilitate safe commissioning and startup in cooperation with technical expertise & vendors.

3.	Operation phase
?	Assist production manager to maintain daily production, including volume, reliability and quality.
?	Coordinate production requirements with shift supervisor, inspect plant production, understand and master the production situation. Find accident potential and abnormal production, deal with and rectify in time. Responsible for site management.
?	Monitor the implementation of occupational safety, health, environmental protection and quality regulation in the installation.
?	Participate in the review and update of operation manual.
Participate in accident investigation and propose corrective action.
?	Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and shift monitor to complete maintenance work.
?	Responsible for making and supervising the implementation of process system treatment plan before overhaul.
?	Participate in the preparation of technical transformation and operation plan. Responsible for the implementation of special operation safety measures.
?	Complete other tasks assigned by superior leader.
?	Address QA/QC activities.

?	Junior college or above, major in chemical engineering or related.
?	At least 6 years working experience in chemical industry or related equipment.
?	Very familiar with chemical industry and related professional knowledge.
?	Be familiar with MS office.
?	Have reading foundation, can understand professional materials. Limited listening and speaking ability for excellent candidates may be relaxed
