Physical skills:
?	Must be able to frequently (70-100%) stand, ascend and descend stairs, turn valve/wrench handles, stoop, and reach at/below shoulder height.
?	Must be able to occasionally (30-60%) sit, walk, ascend and descend caged ladders, bend, kneel/crouch/crawl, reach above shoulder height, tolerate repetitive motion and utilize fine motor dexterity.
?	Must be able to infrequently (10-20%) twist.

o	Gear Boxes
o	Mechanical seal- Double/single for pumps/Agitators
o	Pumps-centrifugal, canned, gear, Vacuum pumps, positive displacement pumps,..
o	Compressors (liquid ring, roots blowers,..)
?	Knowledge of Piping /Fittings/Valves/Gaskets – Repairs & Maintenance
?	Experience of equipment installation/alignment/vibration monitoring and rectifications.
?	Ability to understand SOP’s/Task lists/PM plan/P&IDs, GA drawings and Isometric drawings.
