崗位職責(zé)：
1.	Plant Construction

?	During the construction of tank farm, jetty and loading/unloading station, assist in setting up an order delivery management system etc. with digital engineering team and supply chain colleagues
罐區(qū)，碼頭及裝卸車臺建設(shè)期間，與數(shù)字化工程團隊和供應(yīng)鏈同事對接建立訂單下發(fā)管理體系

2.	Plant commissioning

?	Participate in jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP etc. commissioning
參與調(diào)試jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP等系統(tǒng)
?	Intelligent logistics technology training for operators, such as jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP etc. operation
為操作人員培訓(xùn)智能物流技術(shù)，如： jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP等系統(tǒng)的操作
?	Assist in setting up documentation system，such as inventory management，shipping/truck filling documentation etc.
協(xié)助建立文檔系統(tǒng)，如儲罐庫存盤點文檔 ,船舶/槽車裝卸臺賬等

3.	Plant Operation

?	Coordinate with  BEX to ensure stable operation of jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP etc.
與數(shù)字化業(yè)務(wù)專員交流合作，共同確保jetty tool，smart filling，MES，SAP等系統(tǒng)的平穩(wěn)運行
?	Overall capacity control, order mgmt. (ship berthing plan, filling plan on CFS, feeding and receiving plan from/to upstream and downstream plant etc.).
整體產(chǎn)能控制，訂單管理。( 船舶靠泊計劃，CFS的灌裝計劃，與上下游進(jìn)行的進(jìn)料和接收計劃等 )
?	Checking, correction and confirmation of automatically generated planning data and shipping documents. 
對系統(tǒng)自動生成的計劃數(shù)據(jù)和物料運輸單據(jù)進(jìn)行核對、修正和確認(rèn)
?	Short-term planning of e.g., jetties and CFS occupancy adjustment or employee deployment planning etc. 
短期規(guī)劃，例如碼頭及CFS占用率調(diào)整或員工調(diào)配計劃等

4.	Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders
完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)

任職要求：
?	Bachelor's degree in logistic management，automation，oil & gas storage and transportation engineering related
物流管理，自動化，儲運等相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)士
?	More than 3 years planner experience on jetty and tank farm.
3年以上罐區(qū)碼頭計劃員工作經(jīng)驗
?	Strategic thinker, Strong analytical skills, high communication skills, strong leadership, intercultural, interpersonal skills
較好的分析、溝通和人際交往能力
?	Communication: Basic communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like drivers, DCS operators and tank farm operators.
溝通交流：具備與內(nèi)、外部（如司機、內(nèi)操和罐區(qū)操作人員）溝通的基本能力
?	IT software: Basic knowledge and affinity for the usage of IT systems
IT軟件：具有使用IT系統(tǒng)的基本知識和認(rèn)知能力
?	Professional English communication ability
